Policies

We can use customer provided parts but there will be no guarantee/warranty for the job.

Parking fee will be applied to vehicles that stay for more than 3 days where the vehicle finished or customer is deciding on how they want to proceed with suggested work.

We can go through insurance/claims process.

We won’t start the work for the vehicle until the claim has been approved and we receive payment from the insurance.

We cannot release the vehicle until the balance has been paid in full.

Options for customers who need to pay in installments can be done by credit card or Affirm as these will allow the customer to pay us in full and receive their vehicle.

Parts that cannot be found through our network due to being discontinued will fall on the customer to find.

Customer can check online and/or at salvage yards for the part. Customer would have to pay and order/pickup the part if its not within our network of suppliers. We can only work on vehicles that have not been modified.

We are unfamiliar with performance modifications and recommend a performance shop to work on the vehicle.

Our parts/tools/knowledge are for parts/components that are OEM to the vehicle
